Gusto’s warranty policy
At Gusto, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that enhance your outdoor cooking experience. To give you peace of mind, we offer the following warranty coverage for our BBQ grills and outdoor kitchen stations.
1. Limited warranty coverage

Gusto BBQ grills and outdoor kitchen stations are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Certain parts of the product are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, including burners, grates, and ignition components.

6 months limited warranty is provided for accessories and other additional components like side burners, shelves, and cabinet components.
2. What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Replacement parts, or repair of the product, will be covered under the warranty, at Gusto’s discretion.

If your product has a defect covered by the warranty, we will replace the defective part or repair the product at no cost to you.
3. What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.

Normal wear and tear, including rust or discoloration due to exposure to the elements.

Damage resulting from accidents, improper assembly, or modification of the product.

Any products used for commercial purposes, unless specified otherwise.

4. How to make a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at sales@gustogrills.com with your original proof of purchase.

We may request photos or videos of the defective product to better understand the issue and expedite the process.

If your claim is approved, we will send you the necessary replacement parts or arrange for a repair.
5. How to maintain your BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen station

Proper maintenance and care are essential to keeping your Gusto products in top condition. Please refer to your owner’s manual for maintenance tips and guidelines.

We recommend cleaning your grill after each use and performing regular checks on components like burners and ignition systems.
6. Exclusions and limitations

The warranty is only applicable to products purchased through authorized Gusto dealers or directly from the Gusto website.

The warranty applies only to residential use; commercial use is excluded.

7. Transferability
